In the Indian version of the report, who is the guy in a bullet proof jacket on the roof? And why is he wearing a bullet proof jacket, where the hell did he get it from? Did he have advanced warning of the attack and came prepared?
There's this nagging feeling I'm getting that he may actually be one of the shooters playing at being a victim while actors below play out the part of shooters.
